What areas do you offer services to?
We are nationwide.
Can I apply over the phone?
Currently we do not offer phone application services
primarily due to security risk to yourself. We have no control
over customers calling in on cellular phones which is a huge risk
due to the fact that mobile phone conversations can be picked
up by other devices.
Is applying online safe?
Absolutely! Applying online is by far the safest way
to apply or transmit information securely. You must ensure that
you see the lock at the bottom right hand corner of your screen,
or that the url your submitting information on begins with https://.
What happens to my information when I
submit it?
All information you submit through our application is
encrypted and delivered to one of our mortgage loan officers within
seconds of submission. He or she will contact you very quickly
if there are any questions, and to go over which options will
work best for you.
What is the difference between a mortgage
refinance and equity loan?
When you refinance you are refinancing your existing
first, second, or both mortgages at a lower interest rate so that
you will save money or shorten your term. A equity loan is when
you borrow money based on the amount of equity you currently have
in your home, equity is determined by current property value and
the amount you still have left on your mortgage.
I've heard of streamline mortgage loans,
what are they exactly?
A streamline mortgage loan is simply a streamlined loan
process which requires minimal documentation.
Are FHA or VA Loans available through
your services?
Yes, our mortgage officers have access to just about
every mortgage program on the market today.
